Owned by Tito and Liana, Amore brings an unusual Italian-Portuguese pairing to Longboat Key that keeps regulars coming back for dishes you won't find anywhere else on the key. The menu leans into Portuguese specialties — Cataplana seafood stew, Cod Ribatejano, Octopus Lagareiro, and Beef à Portuguesa sit alongside Italian classics like Veal Parmigiana and Penne Primavera.

The setting is comfortable and relaxed: cozy indoor booths and a beautiful outdoor patio, with live entertainment every night from 6–9 PM. It's the kind of place that feels like a neighborhood restaurant even if you're visiting for the first time.
