1000 North Sarasota brings private club luxury to downtown

• A new private members club is set to open on the ground floor of BLVD Sarasota at 520 N. Tamiami Trail.

• The expansion of 1000 North in Jupiter, co-founded by Michael Jordan, Ernie Els, and Serena Williams, promises a blend of exclusivity and energy.

💡 Why it matters: Sarasota is seeing a surge in high-end private clubs, signaling a shift toward curated luxury experiences.

• Led by local hospitality experts Tim Fanning and Alex Elshimy, known for their work at The Capital Grille and Seasons 52.

• A 13,000-square-foot space with seating for 200, an upstairs mezzanine, and a grand piano lounge.

• Menu highlights: Steaks, seafood, seasonal dishes, and an elite wine program with private lockers and sommelier services.

💰 What it costs: Pricing isn't announced yet, but at the Jupiter location:
