Owner Scott Dolan, a Michigan native who vacationed on Siesta Key growing up, opened Big Water Fish Market at 11 a.m. on 11/11/11 at 6641 Midnight Pass Rd. The boutique market sells fresh, wild Florida seafood alongside a casual dining menu, and its O.G. Grouper Grill sandwich has been recognized by Southern Living and Edible magazines as one of Florida's best.
