Opened in 1988 by Stanley Ferro and named for his great-aunt, this Siesta Key institution at 9105 Midnight Pass Road prints its menu nightly around fresh Florida seafood — think diver scallops over Italian sausage ravioli and the long-running Mocha Charlotte dessert. Its longtime executive chef, in the kitchen since 2000, now owns the place, and the deck on Little Sarasota Bay has earned nods like "Most Romantic Waterfront Restaurant" and Top 100 Restaurants in Florida.
