Veronica Fish & Oyster

Opened in 2016 at 1830 S. Osprey Ave. in Southside Village, Veronica Fish & Oyster is restaurateur Mark Caragiulo's seafood-and-raw-bar concept, a sibling to Owen's Fish Camp and Shore Diner. Caragiulo named it for an Elvis Costello song and styled the room like a modern beach-resort spot, with a raw bar up front and fresh Gulf seafood on the menu.
